How to access our WIFI
1. Open SETTINGS on your device

4. Select the OPT IN box
5. Enter your email Address

For your convenience complimentary WIFI in all bedrooms and all public areas of the hotel.
You can call room to room by dialing the room number you wish to call. Example,
if you wish to dial room 201, simply dial 201 from your room phone.

We would like to advise all our guests that dialing direct from your room incurs a surcharge. Our calls are pulse metered by Eircom. Long distance calls within Ireland are approximately double the normal rate & once these calls are made the price cannot be altered.

CHECK IN - time is from 16:00 . Normal CHECK OUT - time is 11:30, Please contact reception if you wish to arrange a late check out, or an early morning check out. For early morning check out please settle accounts from the previous night before 22:30. Late checkouts may be agreed with reception otherwise a charge of €30 may apply. Should you require an express check out, please contact reception.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS -
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American express, Debit Cards, One 4 All Cards, and of course old fashioned Cash!
ROOM CHARGE POLICY -
Should you wish to charge any products and services to your room, while resident in the Hotel, you will need to have your Credit Card "Pre Authorised" for services, at the Hotel Reception first, even if you have paid for your hotel room by Credit Card already. This is simple, and can be done at the Hotel Reception for you! For your own security, when charging to your room, you will need to produce your own unique, "Guest Passport" (the paper wallet with your, Room Number and name written on it) The plastic room key itself, will not be accepted as a valid form of I.D for room charge purposes.
Please note:- Debit Cards cannot be Pre-Authorised at the Hotel Reception, for Room Charge purposes later. - Only Credit Cards.
However:- Debit Cards - CAN be used, and ARE accepted at every point of sale in the Hotel including the Spa.

The round room, Bar & Restaurant serves modern Irish specialties, situated on the ground floor. We have a great variety of dishes available & serving a wide selection of wines from around the world. For reservations please contact reception.

Dry cleaning is available and items should be delivered to reception before 08:00am from Monday to Friday and will be returned by 17:30 the same day. This service is not available on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays f emergency please call 999 or 112.
DOCTOR -
Should you require the service of a doctor, please contact the reception. In the case of emergency please call 999 or 112.
FIRE -
The fire & emergency instructions, are displayed on the back of your bedroom door. If you have a disability or are hard of hearing, and may require assistance in the event of an emergency, please advise reception immediately. The Fire assembly point is located across from the hotel at the lower end of the car park. Bunratty hotel conducts a fire alarm test at 10:30am every Monday morning. The bell will ring for approximately 10 seconds. No action is required. No action is required by you during this test.
Our Reception staff will be delighted to assist you with your requirements, through a local florist, during business hours.

There is a pamphlet stand located at the main entrance with a wide variety of local attractions.

The excellent Bella D hair salon in located near The Spa on the lower ground floor.

There is some excellent stores in the shopping village, we recommend Meadows & Byrnes, Blarney woolen mills, and Jilly & Joes for a quick bite!
SHANNON HERITAGE & FOLK PARK -
Featuring Bunratty Castle & the Bunratty Mead & Liquor Co. Ltd. Knappogue castle is also a short drive away.
LOCAL BEACHES -
The following beaches are accessible by car, 45 mins approx. Lahinch, Spanish point, & Kilkee.
TAXIES
Reception staff will be pleased to book a taxi for you. Early morning taxis should be booked the previous night directly with reception dial (0)
There is an ice machine located on the second floor near the elevator for customer use.
For your own security make sure your room door is locked on departure. There is a security chain & dead bolt fitted as part of the door lock for your security when in your room. Please keep your key card holder in a safe place as it can be used to charge services to your account.
All Lost property is placed in the care of the accommodation manager. Please enquire at reception, all lost property items are kept for a maximum of three months. The full cost of postage and handling, must be paid before any item is dispatched , you will be notified in advance of the amount due.
We are happy to mail any post from the reception desk. All mail addressed to guests of the hotel will be left at reception so please check with reception if you expecting post. Add an answer to this item.
Any messages left at the hotel maybe collected at reception. If you are expecting a telephone call or message while out of your room please check with reception staff on your return.
Complimentary daily newspapers are available from reception Monday to Saturday Add an answer to this item.
A carpark is located in the front of the hotel. We must advise you not to leave your valuables unattended in your vehicle.
Bunratty castle hotel operates a no smoking policy. A €100 deep cleaning charge will be automatically be applied to guest rooms if smoking policy has not been adhered to. Thank you for your consideration.
